FIRST MEET
After an initial assessment of your questionnaire, we will schedule our first video call to discuss your needs further.
FIRST DEPOSIT
We will send you a detailed proposal including the cost of our service. Upon your agreement and payment of an initial deposit, we will start planning your dream trip.
ITINERARY PRESENTATION
We will present you with our carefully tailor-made itinerary during a video call. Your feedback will be taken into consideration and adapted into the final itinerary.
DELIVERABLE
Upon final payment, the client will receive the final itinerary and confirmation of bookings (when applicable).
We use our expertise and international network of trusted partners to design the best trip under the agreed budget with the customer. For this reason, we are unable to provide a cost breakdown of each activity/excursion in the proposal.
- Riviera Maya: It is impossible to set a fixed price since each package is made from scratch for each customer. The price will depend on the number of excursion days and any additional services. If the client has a fixed budget, we can offer a proposal that stays within that budget and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Itinerary Curation: the cost depends on the length of your holiday. The cost is proportional to the amount of research that each trip requires. Upon review of your questionnaire submission, a quote will be provided.
- Travel Assistant: To hire a travel assistant, the client will cover the travel and accommodation costs + a daily fee for each day of service during the holiday. This daily fee depends on the service the client needs, group size, and whether it includes babysitting or dog sitting.
